About Me

As an Aerospace Engineering student at Iowa State University, I have been passionate about space exploration and technology since a young age. I chose ISU because of its excellent reputation and the quality of the faculty and staff. I am intensely interested in aerodynamics, propulsion, and structural design, and I have developed skills in MDO, STK, and FEA.

In the summer of 2023, I had the opportunity to intern at NASA Langley Research Center, where I worked within the Flow Physics and Controls Branch. I analyzed different bleed slot designs for the Mach 6 Quiet Tunnel using Shapr3D, Helden Tool, FUN3D, Tecplot, and Python. I generated graphs to determine a discriminator to measure each design's performance and discover how each design variable affected the performance of the tunnel.

Outside of my studies and work, I enjoy outdoor activities such as running, biking, boating, and hiking. I also like to work on personal projects, such as building my own PC or diving, for which I have an open water certification. I am always looking for new ways to challenge myself and am excited to continue pursuing my professional goals after graduation.
